What it isA founding cohort, in training WhereBengaluru WhenFirst intake, now
A group gathered around a table mid-discussion, with one chair left open — a seat at the table.
Why a room, not a feed

You've had the thought that deserved more than a comment section. The take no one around you was serious enough to argue with. Spardhé is where you finally meet people as serious as you — who won't all agree with you, and that's the point.

A like is not a conversation. A thread is not a plan. We're building the room those things were missing.

Varun Curator, Spardhé
How it works

We don't stop at the opinion. We carry it all the way to the ground.

Most people stop at the hot take. Some get as far as a proposal. Almost no one walks an idea from the question to the plan to real implementation. That full arc is the whole point of this room.

01Learn

Earn the right to an opinion.

Ground reality, history, civic systems, the facts and the figures. You arrive with instinct; you leave with a foundation that can hold weight in any debate.

A real curriculum. Taught straight.
02Think

Argue it into shape.

Speculate, debate, introspect — across different minds and different views. Explore every dimension, then turn the best of it into a decision and a draft action plan.

Many perspectives. One sharpened output.
03Do

Put it on the ground.

We take the plan to the representative — as partner, not protester — gather their inputs, and carry it into implementation with their support. Research that doesn't end on paper.

From the table to the constituency.
What you'll actually learn

You won't just have opinions. You'll be able to defend them.

Anyone can have a hot opinion. Few can defend one. The Spardhé curriculum is built to make your thinking structurally strong — rooted in what actually happened, how systems actually work, and what the numbers actually say. This is where "unbiased" lives: we teach you to think rigorously, never what to conclude.

i.

Ground reality

How a constituency actually functions — its people, problems, pressures, and the gap between what's promised and what's delivered.

ii.

History & context

How we got here. The past that explains the present, so you're never arguing in a vacuum.

iii.

Civic & governance systems

How power, policy, and public institutions truly work — what a representative can and cannot do, and where the real levers are.

iv.

Facts, figures & evidence

How to find real data, read it honestly, and build an argument that holds up when someone pushes back.

v.

The craft of persuasion

Turning a sound idea into words, scripts, and visuals that move people — without bending the truth to do it.

vi.

From idea to action plan

The method: how a debate becomes a decision, and a decision becomes something you can actually hand to a representative.

Built straight, taught straight. Different ideologies sit in the same room. The curriculum gives everyone the same rigorous tools — what you build with them is yours.

Who we're looking for

If this is you, there's a chair.

We're assembling the founding cohort. You don't need every box ticked — you need fire, a point of view, and the willingness to be sharpened.

i The thinkers

You hold a perspective — and you'll defend it.

Spokespersons and orators who think on their feet, hold a room, and carry an argument with weight behind it.

You are: a debater, a speaker, someone people stop to listen to.

Apply
ii The writers

You make ideas land in words.

Long-form thinkers, copywriters, scriptwriters who turn a messy debate into something sharp and impossible to ignore.

You are: a writer, a copywriter, a scriptwriter.

Apply
iii The makers

You make it impossible to scroll past.

Designers, editors, videographers. The craft that gives conviction a shape and sends it further than a room can.

You are: a designer, video editor, or videographer.

Apply
iv The creators

You build an audience in this space.

Content creators and influencers in politics, civics & current affairs — voices people already follow and trust.

You are: a creator or influencer in this niche.

Apply
v The artists

You see what data alone can't say.

Minds rooted in arts and literature — bringing imagination, culture, and humanity to work that could go cold.

You are: grounded in arts, literature, or culture.

Apply
vi The strategists

You find where it's won.

Read the moment, find the gap, build the plan that decides whether it all adds up to a win — or just noise.

You are: a strategist, a planner, a sharp mind for the big picture.

This isn't for everyone. On purpose.

If you want to post and feel heard, there are easier rooms.
If you want to be right without ever being challenged, this will frustrate you.
If you want your thinking sharpened by people who don't agree with you — pull up a chair.
If you want what you make to count, not just exist — we should talk.
